As a Director of Development at Sporting Equals, Nik leads on key strategic partnerships as well as business development for the organisation which has resulted in the Charity developing a broad portfolio of funders and partners to help meet the Charity’s objectives.

Nik has been working at a strategic and practitioner level in the public and third sectors in the fields of sport, health, community safety and regeneration for over 25 years. This has resulted in extensive experience of developing projects and partnerships that deliver impact at a national and local level.
     
Before joining Sporting Equals, Nik was Acting Chief Executive of a regional third sector organisation that worked to ensure that ethnically diverse communities were engaged in the economic, social and cultural development of the East Midlands.
