Unified Action
Unified Action – Diversifying Sport Governance (DSG) is an action research pilot, funded by the Esmee Fairbairn Foundation, and
delivered by the Youth Sport Trust (YST) in partnership with 2-3 Degrees and Sporting Equals.
The pilot was led by young people from racialised communities, responding to the injustice of underrepresentation in sport governance –
promoting their voices to challenge and change structural inequality and achieve greater diversity in sport governance and wider society.
Unified Action DSG worked towards achieving:
