Growing up in three different countries, Colby has grown up into different cultures and environments. Making Colby flexible and adaptable, and even exposing him to the positive effect that sport has done in first and third world countries. 

Returning to the UK, Colby achieved a 2:1 at University of Derby, having studied BA (Hons) Sport Management. Taking great experiences and knowledge from his studies and implementing it in his role. Understanding how important it is to be aware of social media trends and creating build up campaigns prior events in order to gain engagement is a skill Colby will be looking to bring to Sporting Equals.

Colby also works as a Football Coach throughout the week. His love for sport is a great foundation of his work ethic, wanting a much more equal platform, and equal opportunities within the industry. Colby’s previous role as a Marketing and Business Officer at Sport Structures for a couple of months post university graduation.
