Yaegan’s role at Sporting Equals is primarily to support the Business Development Team to increase income generation and explore further partnerships.

Yaegan’s previous role was as a Youth and Community Coordinator at Youth Sport Trust for 4 years. Yaegan began his career completing the Level 3 Community Sport and Health apprenticeship program. He then went on to managing various community and school projects that engage and connect young people from diverse backgrounds through sport, physical activity, and play.

Yaegan is passionate about improving race equality through the sport sector and within sports itself. Yaegan has previously chaired the Sporting Equals Youth Panel and enjoys playing a variety of sports.
