Graduating with a 1st class degree in Sport Studies, Caoimhe’s main passion focuses on inclusion and equitable opportunities. She believes the benefits of sport should be accessible to everyone.

Joining us from the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games as a Sport Entries Coordinator, Caoimhe brings a wealth of organisation and planning to the company. She is process driven and detail orientated often supporting on a variety of projects.

Her most recent work with Sporting Equals includes managing the Nike Future Female Leaders project in London alongside the Comic Relief Active Minds, Healthy Bodies project. Despite being very different programmes, both had huge impacts on the beneficiaries with significant improvements in mental and social health alongside confidence and knowledge growth. 

Caoimhe looks forward to continuing her journey at Sporting Equals and is grateful for the opportunity to represent an organisation who’s aims and objectives reflect her own.
