Graduating from the University of Chester back in June 2020 studying BSc Psychology, Rina came to believe her passions lie within human behavior. Throughout her life she has been part of numerous charity schemes and believed making a difference in the communities were a driving force for her. 

Rina has always been passionate for bringing about change and helping others throughout her early life and career, and is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion. By having dance be a huge part of her life for many years, Rina understands the strong need for ethnic representation amongst sports.  

Within the grants part of her role she looks forward to helping organisations on a grass roots level with funding applications and getting to know the real struggles within ethnically diverse communities. She is looking forward to working amongst likeminded individuals at Sporting Equals, driving change and being a hand in making a difference.
